Our Services

harikamu.link provides SEO and digital marketing services that may include PBN backlinks, link-building, website promotion, SEO consulting, backlink placements, and related services.

The exact number of backlinks, target URLs, anchor text, domain metrics, delivery time, pricing, replacement terms, and other deliverables will depend on the package purchased or the agreement reached with the client.

Any service or work that is not specifically included in an order or written agreement may require an additional fee.

No Guaranteed Google Rankings

SEO performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competitors, website quality, technical SEO, content, domain history, industry conditions, indexing decisions, and changes made to a client's website.

Therefore, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic levels, organic leads, sales, revenue, indexing, or any particular search-engine position.

Our services are intended to support SEO efforts, but purchasing backlinks does not guarantee a particular SEO outcome. Similar SEO service providers also expressly state that rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed because search-engine systems and algorithms are outside the provider's control. 

PBN and Backlink Services

PBN and backlink services involve placing links on websites or domains used for SEO and link-building purposes.

The availability of particular domains or websites may change. If a specific placement becomes unavailable, technically inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable, we may provide a comparable replacement where appropriate.

Website metrics such as domain authority, domain rating, traffic, indexing status, or other SEO metrics may change after an order has been placed. Such metrics are not guaranteed to remain unchanged.

Search engines may ignore, devalue, or otherwise evaluate backlinks differently over time. We are not responsible for search-engine algorithm changes or decisions affecting backlinks.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information necessary to complete an order, including target URLs, keywords, anchor text, website information, and other requested campaign details.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and authorization to provide any content, trademarks, URLs, images, or other materials supplied to us.

Clients must not use our services to promote unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or infringing websites or content.

Payments

Prices and payment requirements will be communicated before an order is confirmed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before work begins.

Once an order has been paid for and work has commenced, cancellation may not automatically qualify for a refund because research, preparation, domain selection, content creation, and placement work may already have been performed.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by third-party website availability, technical problems, content requirements, domain changes, search-engine changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Upon completion, we may provide the client with a report or other confirmation of the delivered services.

Link Replacement

If a delivered backlink becomes unavailable due to circumstances within our reasonable control, any replacement will be handled according to the replacement terms of the purchased package.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that every backlink will remain permanently available.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the stage of completion.

Completed backlink placements, delivered reports, completed SEO work, or other services already performed may not be refundable.

If an order cannot be fulfilled in accordance with the agreed scope, we may, at our discretion and subject to the applicable agreement, provide a replacement, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Third-Party Websites

Our services may involve websites, domains, hosting providers, platforms, or other third parties that we do not own or control.

We are not responsible for changes made by third parties, including changes to website ownership, content, availability, indexing, domain metrics, or backlink policies.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our internal SEO strategies, processes, methodologies, systems, databases, and proprietary resources remain our property.

Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners.

Any specific content or deliverables provided to the client will be subject to the ownership and usage terms agreed for the applicable service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, harikamu.link will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, profits, customers, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our Website or services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a particular service will not exceed the amount actually paid for that specific service.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Website or services for activities that violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, facilitate fraud, or otherwise cause harm to our Website, network, clients, or third parties.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate an order that presents legal, security, or operational risks.

Termination

Any fees for services completed before termination remain payable unless otherwise agreed.
